1. Be punctual for your appointment. We ask that you arrive precisely at the allocated time. Multiple puppy homecomings are being coordinated; thus any delay could potentially disrupt subsequent client meetings. Thank you for cooperating.
2. Your puppy’s Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee will be prepared for your signature. Additionally, you’re invited to utilize a complimentary 30-day trial of Trupanion pet insurance.
3. Please ensure you are prepared to complete payment for your puppy. Payment of the outstanding amount must be settled prior to your puppy being taken home. We accept payment methods such as cash and Zelle. Any alternative form of payment may incur extra fees and potentially delay your ability to bring your puppy home. Please plan in advance.
4. Ensure that your puppy is safely transported home, never the driver’s lap. A puppy car seat or travel kennel is highly recommended for securing your puppy during the drive home.
